Accessories
Guide Channels (Tracks):
Also known as shutter sidetracks, they are manufactured from pure aluminum. Brush inserts are installed to ensure smooth shutter movement and to prevent the entry of dust.”
Aluminum Bottom Slat (End Profile):
A profile made of pure aluminum installed at the bottom of the shutter. It protects the shutter when lowered and provides the necessary weight for downward traction. It is fitted with a rubber weatherstrip (seal) to prevent dust and debris from entering underneath.”
Side Frames:
These are the end plates installed on both the right and left sides of the shutter box. Their dimensions are designed to match the specific sizes of the concealed boxes.”
Security Springs: (Shutter Hangers):
These are aluminum fastening components used to secure the shutter curtain to the octagonal tube (pipe), allowing the shutter to be suspended and supported by the tube.”
Plastic Shutter Side-locks (End-locks) – Left and Right:
They are designed to align with the movement direction of the slats within the tracks. These side-locks are installed on the edges of the slats to prevent lateral movement and ensure the shutter curtain remains perfectly aligned within the guide channels.”
Plastic A aluminum cap with Bearing:
It is a mechanical component installed within the side caps (end plates) to support the octagonal tube. It reduces friction and ensures smooth, quiet rotation while raising or lowering the shutter.
The tubular motor
is considered the beating heart of modern shutter systems; it is installed invisibly inside the octagonal tube to provide automated control.”
